Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cup Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries and banana (sliced)
  • 1 Tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp Sweetener of choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together into desired consistency. Add more milk for thinner consistency.
  • Garnish with mint.
