Tangerine & Arugula Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Arugula leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Tangerines
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Roasted nuts of choice

Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1.5 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients of balsamic vinaigrette in a jar and shake vigorously until well combined. Put it in the refrigerator for 5 mins.
  • Chop/slice the tangerines and arugula leaves. Toss in the balsamic vinaigrette. Garnish with some roasted seeds and nuts.
